New Video - Purple Halo Smokey Eye

Tarte is easily becoming my favorite makeup brand. Every product I try from them I'm instantly obsessed with. My newest obsession is the Energy Noir Clay Palette. I will be honest with you. I don't own many cool toned eye shadows, which could play a huge part into why I've been so obsessed with this palette, but its combination of matte and shimmery shades is awesome. Not to mention the amazing highlighter and gorgeous blush also included in the palette.
